The best solution for integrated iPod control

Installation of the ipod interface on the Altima is relatively simple. The hardest part is finding a place for the interface controller and removing the panels to install the parts. The navigation/user interface controls over the stereo are not the best design, however it is something that is easily learned. My suggestion: make a few playlists and choose your music this way; you can skip from song to song on your steering wheel controls. I would recommend this product.

Worked well for my install

Install went fine. Package contained the Nissan converter box, a nicely made cable assembly and lots of spare bits for a nice install. Installation instructions included were worthless and out of date though. Fortunately there weren't too many cable connections to figure out. Controls are a little weird (blame Nissan) but manual included for controlling it explains things. My car has the base level stereo (no sat, no bose).

A great device that works well.

The adapter works very well. The sound quality is great and although the interface is clunky it is still easy enough to figure out. One note, due to the functionality of the interface, one cannot switch to the next track simply by pressing the steering wheel 'next' button, it must be held until it 'beeps' to switch to the next track. Other than that, great device.
