2009 Odyssey Roof Rack Cross Bars

I purchased the cross-bars after contacting their internet sales group by phone. The cross-bars were listed as compatible from 05-07. From browsing around I saw that the same part was compatible from 05-09. I called to confirm this. The parts were shipped and received shortly (ground). My biggest complaint is that the outside of the box said there were no instructions inside and that you need to get a copy from the dealer before you leave. That doesn't work well for internet purchases. I had to search the web for instructions. While looking for instructions I did see cheaper prices. Overall it was a positive experience. I gave a 4 for the instructions and out of date product description on their site that required an extra phone call.
