Glove box light that should have come factory.
Great service from Lee parts, my third experience with them and all have been perfect.
Fine product...
...but there is no obvious place to install it?
Glove Box Lamp Chrysler Dodge
It is very easy to install it will take less than 15 min to convert a 2006 Dodge Charger SXT with no glove box lamp, into one with glove box lamp. The car comes already pre-wired the only thing you need to do is cut a hole in the dash for the fitment of the switch. Locate the harness under the glove box (usually taped on the thicker harness) and just pull it to where the switch is located. Connect everything and you are good to go. Easy mod !!!!
Valuable Accessory Needed for Routine Glovebox Access
This item should have come stock with the vehicle, but nevertheless is a relatively easy to install accessory. I'm pleased to have it for my 2010 Dodge Charger R/T Hemi AWD. For a more finished look, be sure to order this part's accompanying rectangular face bezel that's visible on the dash panel when you first open the glovebox. It would also hide any trimming irregularities caused by the hole you cut during the installation.
Look for the easy to snap-in power harness hidden under the sticky foam covering the wire bundle, directly behind the mounting location, behind and just above the glovebox.
Nice accessory!
Glove box lamp switch like factory part
